About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused leader to manage a small, close-knit customer service team. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage client requests, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Optimise processes and build strong client relationships.
  • Monitor and improve team performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven management experience in customer service or a similar field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
