Accounts Assistant responsibilities:
- Supporting the finance team in managing, processing various accounts and transactions.
- Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Helping the finance team in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
- Maintaining organised and updated financial records.
- Contributing to the company's financial audits.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
