• Total: 28 hours per week
• Teaching: 18 hours
• Admin: 10 hours

Job Description:

As a Beauty Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students pursuing Level 2 and 3 Beauty qualifications. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential. Additionally, you will manage classroom behaviour effectively and contribute to the administrative tasks associated with teaching.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Beauty in Further Education
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Certificate of Education, or equivalent)
• Level 2 and 3 Beauty Qualification
• Excellent behaviour management skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting
• Experience working in an educational establishment
