What you'll be doing:

The Senior Automation Specialist leads and mentors a team of Power Platform specialists, developing automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, integrating agile methodologies, and creating unattended automations using Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI. It focuses on improving the automation framework, ensuring system resilience, and collaborating with IT to manage environments and optimize release processes.

  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of Power Automate developers, integrating agile methodologies.
  • Lead Automation Initiatives and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Agile Practices: Lead daily standup meetings to track progress, manage backlog actions, and resolve issues.
  • Innovation and Productivity: Empower the team to develop new unattended automations, reducing manual workload and increasing productivity. Develop solutions using Power Apps and Power BI to enhance workflow management and data analytics.

What we’re looking for:

  • RPA Tools: Proficiency in using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of data integration and API management.
  • Workflow Automation: Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Scripting and Programming: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and programming basics.
  • Agile Methodologies: Practical experience with agile practices and methodologies.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with managing Dev, Test, and Prod environments, including release processes and compliance with policies.
