CNC Grinder (Studer) / 15 min drive, 30 min public transport from Newbury / £23.75ph inc shift

Weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 06:00 – 18:30 (25% shift allowance premium)

CNC Grinder Responsibilities

• Operating Studer CNC Grinding machinery to produce high-quality metallic components to tight tolerances.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining.
• Performing self-inspection of components using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, verniers, and gauges).
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.

CNC Grinder Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Studer machines or similar CNC cylindrical grinding equipment.
• Proven track record of machining to tight tolerances for aerospace or motorsport-grade components.
•  Proficiency in using tools and techniques for self-inspection.
