Credit Controller

Michael Page is recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a growing Eastleigh based business on a temporary basis to support during expansion. This role is ideal for someone who is great at building relationships, driving results and excellent attention detail whilst being able to deal with high volumes.

Client Details

Our client is a growing business based in Eastleigh. Due to an increased customer base, the level of transactions have grown and as a result, they need to ensure the levels of outstanding money is kept to a minimum.

Description

As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Chasing outstanding monies via email and at times via phone
• Allocating incoming cash into the correct account
• Maintaining positive customer relationships
• Keeping up to date customer records
• Negotiating payment terms with customers
• Escalating unresolved debt collection to the management team
• Starting the litigation process where required

Profile

The successful candidate for the Credit Controller position will have done the majority if not all of the above.
