Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison Officer to serve as a vital link between our organisation and our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen understanding of customer relations. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Analyse customer credit reports, ensuring payments are received promptly.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to control debt management ensuring customers are providing payments on schedule.
- Facilitate online communication with customers to ensure optimum service is provided.
- Prepare customer debt and online sales reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a liaison or similar role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, significantly Excel is require.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
