Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead all aspects of the finance function and report directly to the Managing Director. This pivotal role involves managing a small finance team, consisting of two direct reports, and playing a key role in supporting the company's financial strategy and growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals and drive sustainable growth.
