Private Client Solicitor

We are in search of a Private Client Solicitor to join our bustling office in Guildford. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, and open to all levels of post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Independently manage a varied caseload of private client matters.
- Provide expert legal advice on wills, trusts, estate planning, and related areas.
- Draft, review, and execute legal documents with precision and care.
- Offer guidance and support to clients through complex legal processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across our offices to maintain high standards of client service.
- Participate in business development and networking initiatives to foster the department’s growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Legal Practicing certificate (CILeX OR LPC / SQE)
- Demonstrable experience in managing a full spectrum of private client cases.
- Capability to independently manage and run your own files.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong business development and networking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
