Operations / Call Centre Manager

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Operations / Call Centre Manager to join a well-established company based in Colchester on a permanent basis. This is a fully-office based role, working Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1 hour lunch.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting and driving the sales team, ensuring the achievement of KPI's, targets, and objectives are met
• Managing the daily operations and performance of the business
• Planning and contributing to projects to identify and enhance effective business procedures
• Liaising with the Director and key stakeholders on transformational change for the business
• Implementing strategic goals and covering for the Director when required

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager or similar leadership role in a customer service environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and staff development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to produce, analyse and interpret performance data in line with KPI's and service metrics.
• Experience in budget management and cost optimisation

To be successful for this position, you must have proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager or leadership management role in a customer service environment. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
