Operations / Call Centre Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Operations / Call Centre Manager to join a well-established company based in Colchester on a permanent basis. This is a fully-office based role, working Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1 hour lunch.

Experience required:
To be successful for this position, you must have proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager or leadership management role in a customer service environment. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
