We're seeking an experienced IsiZulu-speaking Qualitative Research Moderator for a 3-month part-time contract with the possibility of an extension. This role is ideal for working alongside other contracts.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing an engaged research community.
• Launching surveys and coordinating participant incentives.
• Providing translation support via an internal tool.
• Leading in-depth interviews (IDIs) with participants.
• Conducting analysis and contributing insights to market-specific reports.

Requirements:

• A background in qualitative market research.
• Fluent in IsiZulu, with strong communication skills.
