Engage Education is proud to be working with a school in Basingstoke to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a real difference in students’ lives.

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll lead lessons in the absence of regular teachers, covering a variety of subjects. This position requires minimal planning and marking, and you’ll receive full training from both the school and Engage Education. The school is conveniently located and committed to providing a well-rounded curriculum that prepares students for success in their futures.

We’re seeking candidates who:

• Have experience working with students aged 11-16.
• Are confident in managing classroom behaviour.
• Are flexible and able to cover multiple subjects as needed.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with students.
• Have a professional yet approachable teaching style.
• Are passionate about education and supporting young people.

This role is perfect for aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with backgrounds as Youth Workers or Behaviour Mentors. While experience managing challenging behaviour is advantageous, it is not essential.
