Content Creator & Videographer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

• Videography:

  • Capture high-quality videos of properties to be used in marketing materials.
  • Edit and produce compelling visual content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's image.
  • Manage photo and video shoots, coordinating with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Content Creation for Social Media:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise content performance and engagement.

• Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, both digital and print, are consistent with the brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image.

• Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, property managers, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed to augment marketing capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in shooting content, preferably within the estate agency industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, and content creation.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, and PPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
