They are looking for a driven and talented digital video marketing specialist to enable this growth, with the promotion of their brand and offerings effectively.

The Role:

As the in-house digital video marketing specialist, you will be creating impactful digital video that attracts and engages the right target audiences - driving business growth. The role will give you the opportunity to lead and develop marketing strategies, ensuring a strong return on investment. With a creative and proactive approach, you will also be able to build and manage a marketing team, leading from the front and creating a fantastic positive working culture.

More Detail:

• Develop and produce high-quality digital video that effectively communicate our investment opportunities and brand message.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align video content with our overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Analyse the performance of video campaigns, optimising for maximum engagement and ROI.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains innovative and relevant.
• Build and mentor a small marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity and proactive problem-solving.
• Manage multiple projects, delivering video assets within specified time lines.

The Person:

• Proven experience in creating and managing digital video marketing campaigns, preferably in the finance or investment sectors. (not essential)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative video content with measurable results.
• Excellent understanding of video production processes and best practices.
• Track record of achieving ROI through innovative marketing strategies.
  Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £36,000 with a performance-based commission structure (OTE £60,000).
