Social Worker

We are looking for a locum social worker to join an authority in the South West for a Multi-Disciplinary team focusing on helping adults in the community.

This is a full time position, with pay rates of £35 p/h for the right candidate!

Some responsibilities required:

• Support adults living in the community in a strength based way.
• Completion of needs assessments
• Care and support planning
• Mental capacity assessment
• Other associated assessments
