You’ll handle transactions from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
- Providing expert advice to clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the department’s continued success through high-quality service and client care.
About You: - Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (guideline only – all levels of experience will be considered).
- Demonstrated ability to handle a varied caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a part-time capacity.
