Hours: Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch), 3 days working from home, 2 days in the office (days to be confirmed)

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Company based in Ringwood who are looking to recruit an IT Support Desk Analyst on a permanent basis. This vital role will ensure the operational delivery and maintenance of IT solutions across the organisation.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Desk Analyst:
- Provide 1st/2nd level support
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Maintain existing infrastructure
- Resolve complex problems experienced by end users
- Ensure day to day IT facilities are available to all staff across all sites
- Analyse IT and communication activity
- Work closely with the IT Director to plan and implement IT strategy to ensure productivity is maintained across the business.
- Support training plans of the Company and provide training on IT
Requirements of the IT Support Desk Analyst:
- Experience within IT Support
- Background within 1st or 2nd level support
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Office, IBM/HCL Notes and Domino environment
- Ability to prioritise workload and maintain deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Transport is essential due to regular travel to other sites
