Your new role

• Undertake multiple procurement sourcing/contracting actions as required using the most appropriate route to market to deliver best value and compliance.
• Act as a role model of commercial professionalism within the area of responsibility.
• Lead and support with complex tenders within a regulated environment underpinned by PCR15 and PA23.

What you'll need to succeed

• Good commercial awareness and a confident negotiator.
• Experience of contract management.
• The ability to review and recommend the most appropriate procurement strategy and to provide leadership on the creation of clear and relevant tender evaluation models, alongside ability to produce high quality procurement/tender documentation.
• Experience of procurement risk identification, management and mitigation.
