Day to Day of the Role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class and promote inclusive education.
- Manage classroom behaviour, fostering a respectful and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate academic growth.
- Collaborate with school staff and maintain clear communication with school leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to teach various subjects and age groups with flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student development.
- Possession of a DBS on the update service is required.
- Having a driver’s license is desirable due to the location of some schools.
