**Role Overview:**
The successful candidate will be pivotal in managing all post-completion matters across property teams. This includes reviewing and processing property-related requests to ensure compliance and efficiency. A meticulous approach to analysis and detail will be essential for quality decision-making and fostering collaborative efforts across departments.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications (transfers, leases, charges, CN1s, RXs, etc.)
- Address and resolve queries with the Land Registry on behalf of Fee Earners
- Handle Land Registry requisitions and manage completion of registrations
- Keep abreast of changes to Land Registry procedures
- Draft and submit SDLT/LTT Returns, calculate payable amounts, and arrange payments
- Register and satisfy charges and debentures at Companies House
- Conduct OS1, OS2, SIM, and Bankruptcy searches
- Manage property searches using Searchflow’s online system
**Experience & Knowledge Required:**
- Proficiency with P4W or similar case management systems (Proclaim experience is desirable)
- Familiarity with BigHand system is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience in commercial and residential property post-completion is essential
- Property finance/banking post-completion experience is desirable
- A team player with flexibility and adaptability to manage quick process changes
