Commercial Bridging Advisor

Our client a well established local business based in Swansea is looking to recruit a Commercial Bridging Advisor on fulltime permanent basis due to company growth. Working as part of an established team you will take over Bridging applications after the initial work is done and then see them through to completion.

Job role:-

• Underwriting cases and considering the customer needs
• Assessing loan documentation, requesting additional information and chasing information from third parties
• Carrying out checks and assessing loan suitability
• Managing a pipeline of Bridging applications
• Working within company risk appetite, policy and criteria
• Liaising with a variety of third parties including solicitors and valuers
• Overseeing cases through to offer and completion
• Adhering to internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements including FCA. Money Laundering, Data Protection

To be considered for this role you will have relevant Underwriting experience.

The company offer a base salary dependent on experience. 25 days holiday and Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm. The base salary for this role is £28,000 plus commissions
