Salary: £36,000- £46,000 dependent on experience

I am excited to be recruiting for a well established RIBA Chartered Practice who has diverse portfolio of projects being specialist in multiple sectors including education, residential, healthcare and leisure. This dynamic and innovative practice are seeking a talented Project Architect to join their successful team in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be a passionate and motivated Project Architect who is well versed in Revit , has previous experience working on medium- large scale projects in sectors such as commercial or healthcare and proven job running experience.

Skills, Experience and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Several years of experience in a UK Architectural Practice
• Proficient in Revit
• Experience across the RIBA stages
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• Job running experience
• Excellent technical skills
• Awareness of current UK building regulations
• Great communication skills
• Capable at working well in a team environment
• Strong portfolio
