About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SMT Operator to join our electronics client in Newbury. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment.
• Ensure high-quality production of electronic assemblies.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections during production runs.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in SMT operations is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
