CRM Specialist - Leading Accountancy Firm

A leading accountancy firm is seeking a skilled and proactive CRM Specialist to join their Marketing and Growth team. You will work closely with their CRM Manager to optimise and enhance their Dynamics 365 system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to measure and track the sales pipeline, client experiences, and service quality levels.
• Support backend development and configuration of Dynamics 365.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Analyse client data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Execute marketing campaigns and optimise customer journeys.
• Provide training and support to users.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM roles, with expertise in Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power Automate and CRM system integration.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
