Recruitment Resourcer/Researcher

Hospitality Recruitment Researcher, full-time, permanent, basic up to £30k per year + £500 bonus per project

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Researcher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting their search consultants. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research and sourcing candidates using diverse techniques.
• Maintaining and managing a robust database.
• Engaging with candidates and conducting initial screenings.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and providing insights into market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• A degree in Hospitality (undergraduate or postgraduate level) or recent graduate.
• Socially agile, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about professional growth.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software.
