Primary Teacher

Contract Type: Temporary (January - July)

Working Hours: Full-time, 5 days a week

End Date: End of Summer Term (July)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated educator looking for a rewarding opportunity? A primary school near Sudbury are seeking a passionate Year 5/6 Teacher to join our team from January until the end of the summer term.

Class Details:

• Mixed Year 5/6 class with 18 students.

• 8 Year 5 students and 10 Year 6 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the CUSP curriculum.

• Provide individualized support to students, including those with additional needs.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Prepare students for end-of-year assessments and transitions.

• Collaborate with support staff and leadership to ensure all students' needs are met.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Be available to teach 5 days per week.

• Experience teaching Year 5/6 students is desirable.

• Ability to manage a diverse classroom with varied needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Commitment to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
