An exciting opportunity has arisen for A Pre-Screen Advisor to join our vibrant and busy team with an innovative approach to delivering recruitment and upskilling opportunities. We are looking for outgoing, an enthusiastic individual with excellent people skills. No outbound sales included within the role.

Role Description

As a Pre-Screen Advisor, your duties will include:

1.Organising and matching candidates to suitable job/upskilling opportunities

2.Liaising with candidates over the telephone to carrying out telephone interviews and questionnaires

3.Contacting applicants via telephone, email and post to process applications

4. Filling interview schedules on behalf of the recruitment team

5. Sorting through a high volume of applicants and referrals to identify successful candidates

6. Promote various job and upskilling opportunities

7. Provide a range of administration support within the department

8. Work accurately towards deadlines

9. Dealing with a high level of customer calls

10. Printing and scanning

11. Using an in-house MIS system and Microsoft applications

Desirable Experience

·Customer service experience is desirable but not essential

·Computer literate using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

·Confident telephone manner

£11.75 Per hour plus bonus
