  Hours: Full Time (37 hours/week, 7-day rotating shifts)

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming, supportive environment for residents in supported accommodation.
  • Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and create tailored support plans.
  • Build positive relationships and promote resident well-being.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance within our properties.
  • Support residents to maintain their housing and prepare for independent living.
