Junior Project Manager

Role: Junior Project Manager (Onsite, Hybrid after probation)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £40,000 (DoE)

The Role:

You will be responsible for leading a group of developers, coordinate with offshore resources, and deliver projects on time, to budget and dealing with relevant stakeholders to manage risk and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Develop project timelines, ensure deadlines, and have a strong focus on organisation.
• Promote clear communication and seamless project execution.
• A proven track record of managing timelines and multiple projects.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring technical specifications are up to date.
• Manage risks and troubleshoot issues that could arise during project development.

Desirables:

• Proficient in PHP and MySQL development, with the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to learn and work with external tools and applications, proving service support to development.
• Experience managing offshore teams to ensure effective collaboration.
