Science Tutor needed for a GOOD Secondary school in Croydon

Are you looking for a great intervention position teaching Science full-time? If you’re a forward-thinking and creative Science teacher then the Senior Leadership Team at this school would love to hear from you!

You’ll be working as a Science Intervention teacher at an outstanding-rated school in Croydon. The school is looking for a teacher who is experienced in delivering targeted interventions at KS3 and KS4 for up to 6 students per hour. Applications from candidates with experience delivering KS4 Science are particularly welcome.

Hours/Days of Tutoring

Monday to Wednesday OR any 3 days

9am until 3pm

From January 2025 until July 2025!

£35.00 per hour!

About you:

• An experienced Science teacher with QTS (NQTs will be considered)
• Demonstrable history of teaching Science to a high standard
• Experience delivering targeted interventions in Science as and when required.
• Enthusiasm and creativity when delivering lessons to students of all ages and abilities
• Proven experience of developing teaching & learning within a Science department
