Rural Property Solicitor/Legal Executive – Bristol

This a fantastic opportunity for a rural property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a dynamic and expanding department where you’ll manage a broad and varied caseload, including high-value rural residential properties, listed buildings, unregistered land and complex agricultural transactions.

About the Role

• Responsible for handling rural property transactions, ranging from bare land, working farms and large estates to farm diversification, renewable energy projects and environmental matters
• Advise clients on tenancies, support payments, rights of way and mortgages on agricultural land

Experience Required

• Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 3 PQE
• Previous experience in rural property law and agricultural issues
