Director - Capital Structure Advisory

The role will sit as part of a wider global Ratings & FI Advisory team with specific responsibility for originating FI advisory mandates focussed on capital structure and regulatory engagement.

Applications are sought from bankers with demonstrable experience in the capital advisory space at VP or Director level with the drive and expertise to be able to develop this platform for a major global bank.
