VP, Investment Team Energy & Industrials - mid-market PE

Responsibilities centre on supporting deal origination and transactions:

• Develop industry/bank contacts, attend conferences, meet companies (with a partner or MD), LOI, deal sourcing
• Build financial models, own report, co-ordinate FDD, funds flow, drawdown schedules, co-ordinate legal due diligence, tax structuring , commercial due diligence etc
• Investor liaison, board packs, attend board meetings, valuation work

Qualifications and background 

• High calibre education, smart, numerate, self-starter 
• Likely to be either a qualified ACA at Manager to AD level within a Big 4 transactions focused corporate finance team or an experienced M&A Associate at a leading mid-market advisory firm
• Deal experience ideally in Energy, Industrials, Services, Real Assets   
• Dynamic and mature personality
