We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Compliance & Control to join our Compliance team. This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assists with implementation and overall governance of new Compliance Surveillance AI tool, identifying new issues, process improvements, and offering solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to reconcile large data sets and present data into reporting for senior management
  • Leads testing and refinement of quarterly surveillance lexicon and results for model risk governance
  • Building relationships across lines of businesses and within compliance to assist with the expansion of the compliance surveillance program
  • Development of key metrics and dashboard reporting for system health and participant reconciliation
  • Assists with projects and program tasks intended to enhance Compliance Surveillance and further the team's agenda, including but not limited to technology project tracking, metrics and KPIs
  • Assist with ad hoc initiatives that enhance the overall Compliance Surveillance Program including performing industry lessons learned, analyzing laws, rules and regs in relation to Surveillance requirements, and other projects.
  • Drafting documentation and socializing to senior stakeholders when changes are required to policies.
  • Liaising with Technology to ensure capture and retention of e-communications and surveillance processes, and other ad hoc requests
  • Addresses high risk escalations and tracking the escalations to completion
