HGV Technician / HGV Fitter (Days or Nights Available)

We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, a leading Commercial Group based in the Manchester area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £52,000.

There is a choice working hours either Night or Day Shifts being; Days – 6am - 2:30pm / 2pm–10pm (40 hours, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday overtime at x1.5) and Nights – 9:30pm - 6:30am (45 hours, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday overtime at x1.5).

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation

Requirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:

• Previous working experience within the role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence may be beneficial to your application
