• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and organisational policies
• Process payroll adjustments and corrections as needed
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll queries
• Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the management
• Implement improvements in the payroll system to increase efficiency
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and changes in payroll laws

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:
