The company: A well-established FMCG company who design, develop and sell speciality products to markets worldwide

Main duties: Provide support to the German sales team as well as be the first point of contact providing outstanding customer service

The role:
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email
- Order processing for customers as well as the sales team
- Be responsible for arranging the transport and delivery of orders
- Ensure all data is captured accurately
- Reporting as needed
- Administrative duties as needed

The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
- Customer service / administrative experience beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail
- Confident, good attitude, courteous

The salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
