Are you an experienced paraplanner looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven financial planning firm? Based in Worcester, we are searching for a dedicated professional to support our technical department and contribute to outstanding client outcomes.
The Role:
As a paraplanner, you will:
- Prepare review packs and write detailed client reports within SLAs.
- Conduct cashflow planning and research using professional tools.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage provider information requests.
- Collaborate with a team to uphold the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
About You:
You should be:
- Level 4 qualified (ideally progressing towards Level 6) with at least 2 years’ experience in report writing or technical roles.
- Knowledgeable in financial services regulation, investment, retirement, and protection products.
- A detail-oriented professional with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning systems.
- Passionate about making a positive impact and sharing a commitment to independence and client focus.
