We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join an outstanding educational setting in Rotherham. • As a Design and Technology Teacher, you will specialise in Key Stage 4, supporting Year 11 students with their controlled assessments to complete their GCSE D&T qualification.
• You will be instrumental in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate students.
• Regularly assess and review student progress, adapting your teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

• Proven experience as a Design and Technology Teacher or in a similar role, ideally with experience in SEN settings.
• Must be confident and committed to going above and beyond for children with special needs.
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
