A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving the marketing activity across a fast-growing B2B group of companies. This hands-on position is perfect for a creative, self-motivated marketer who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of five subsidiary businesses operating across the UK.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for devising, managing, and delivering a broad range of marketing activities, with a focus on content creation, digital marketing, and campaign delivery. This is a varied, operational role that will see you engaging in multiple areas of marketing, from content writing and SEO optimisation to video creation, internal communications, social media, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans and ideas for multiple brands within the business group.

• Create engaging content, including blogs, product pages, articles, and guides, suitable for B2B audiences while adhering to the company’s tone of voice.

• Optimise content for SEO and conversions, identifying trends and opportunities through keyword, user intent, and competitor research.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business (design, technical, sales, and management) to align messaging and identify new opportunities.

• Produce supporting marketing materials such as datasheets, emails, social media posts, and newsletters.

• Plan and execute automated email follow-ups to nurture and engage prospects.

• Manage and implement organic social media strategies to grow brand presence.

• Produce and edit video content for platforms such as YouTube and social media.

• Support photography needs, including product photography, image editing, and optimisation for web and print.

• Assist with internal communications such as company newsletters, posters, and signage.

• Plan and support company presence at events and tradeshows.

• Manage and report on new enquiries generated via web activity.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

What You Will Bring The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong content writing skills for both digital and offline channels.

• Experience in a B2B marketing environment (preferred).

• A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO and Google Analytics.

• Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.

• An eye for detail to ensure all marketing output is accurate, consistent, and high-quality.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance to drive data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Experience & Skills Experience with any of the following tools and software would be advantageous:

• WordPress CMS

• Google Analytics

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)

• Microsoft Office 365

• Email marketing tools or marketing automation platforms

• Basic understanding of HTML (useful but not essential)

• HubSpot experience (preferred but not required)
