Technical Architect (C++ Pricing Systems) London / WFH to £120k

Do you have a strong C++ development background combined with architecture and design skills within a finance / trading environment?

You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a global CFD trading company that has been consistently voted as one of the UKs top employers.

As a Technical Architect you will take ownership of designing and iterating real-time pricing systems, defining and maintaining the architectural vision including comprehensive technical documentation. You'll collaborate with other Technical Architects, technical committees and software engineering teams to influence enterprise architecture, define integration patterns and ensure solutions adhere to design best practice.

Location / WFH:

There's a hybrid model with two days a week work from home, when you are in the office you'll be based in the City with an upbeat team environment, casual dress code and a range of facilities including roof terrace, canteen and break out areas.

About you:

• You have a strong C++ software engineering background
• You have experience of architecting and designing real-time, low latency solutions (ideally within finance but could be another domain)
• You have a good knowledge of Agile methodologies and are happy to collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure best practices are being applied
• You have advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills
