My client is seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The role is ideal for someone with experience in selling maintenance contracts or an enthusiastic graduate eager to influence sales and contribute to a team-oriented culture. If you have excellent customer service skills, a confident telephone manner, and a talent for building relationships, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling target customers.
  • Make warm calls to existing customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.
  • Handle day-to-day quotes for existing customers and provide technical advice as needed.
  • Perform all associated administrative tasks relating to sales.
  • Provide exceptional aftersales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with maintenance contracts, or a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment as a graduate.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Competency in administrative tasks and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
