Your new role

• Manage a diverse client portfolio with significant responsibility.
• Oversee your team's portfolios and contribute to workflow planning.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and inspire our talented team.
• Provide a range of tax services and business advice to clients, from small businesses to large corporations.
• Manage the tax compliance process (corporate and personal) for your clients, resolving queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
• Deliver tax advisory services and assist partners with advisory projects.
• Lead or significantly contribute to tax advisory projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified.
• Experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a practice environment.
• Exposure to multiple industry sectors is advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge and research skills in complex tax legislation.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
