The Role:

As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide 2nd line support to client users, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll be working with a variety of systems and tools, making this a great opportunity to broaden your technical expertise while working in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing escalated 2nd line support to resolve technical issues.
• Supporting and maintaining Windows Server and Office 365 environments.
• Managing Active Directory tasks, including user and group administration.
• Working with VMware and other virtualisation technologies.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while managing support tickets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT Support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with VMware and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
