Associate Quantity Surveyor

A progressive and fast-growing Property and Construction Consultancy based in Manchester are looking for an ambitious and proactive Associate Quantity Surveyor to take on a pivotal leadership role within their dynamic team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and lead the expansion of a thriving office, which, despite being newly established, already boasts a robust pipeline of high-profile projects.

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will spearhead the delivery of an exciting and varied portfolio of projects, ranging from commercial new builds and high-rise residential developments to bespoke luxury homes and sports facilities.

Your initial focus will involve managing a diverse project portfolio while establishing the foundation for a new team. As the division expands, you will play a key role in recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team of Quantity Surveyors. This position is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, excels in business development, and is passionate about networking and building strong client relationships.

Joining as the sole Quantity Surveyor in the Manchester office, this role offers the autonomy and support to establish and grow a team, with clear progression to Director level and beyond.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Extensive pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a PQS firm / Consultancy
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Dynamic, ambitious and client facing
