Role: Property Manager

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £25,000 - £28,500 dependent on experience

Job Type: Full time and On-site

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm

Our client is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join their award-winning property management team. While previous experience in property management is beneficial, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are more important. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, approachable, and able to manage tenant relations and property maintenance efficiently. A driving licence and own car are essential. Responsibilities:

• Supporting the property management team with general administrative tasks.
• Create new tenancy agreements in line with company standards.
• Managing updates or changes to tenancy terms.
• Processing tenant applications and manage paperwork.
• Handling tenant maintenance inquiries via phone.
• Communicating with landlords regarding maintenance needs.
• Scheduling and conduct management visits.
• Sending visit reports to landlords.
• Conducting property viewings for maintenance issues.
• Managing the key list, ensuring keys are returned from contractors/tenants/landlords.
• Overseeing day-to-day property management, including utilities and addressing issues raised by tenants/landlords.
