Finance Officer

Michael Page are working with an organisation in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint a Finance Officer on a part time (0.6) basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions and supporting with the recording of accruals and prepayments.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Officer include:

• Overseeing the recording of all financial transactions
• Supporting the Finance Lead with the completion of monthly management accounts
• Being the first point of contact for any finance queries
• Building relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

Profile

The successful Finance Officer should have:

• Experience working in a finance setting
• Experience dealing with purchase and sales ledgers
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive approach to work

Job Offer

• £27,000 - £28,000 FTE
• Part time role (0.6)
