Location: London, commutable from Bromley, Woking, Croydon, Crawley, Wimbledon, Feltham, Slough, Guildford, Dartford, Woolwich, Gravesend, Maidstone, Twickenham

Remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 + annual bonus, company benefits, health, pension

We are currently seeking a skilled and organised Sales Administrator to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting our growing customer base.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations across departments. Acting as the backbone of the sales function, you will handle administrative tasks, liaise with clients, and facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with internal cross-departmental teams on new and ongoing projects.
* Manage and respond to incoming customer enquiries and leads.
* Prepare and review quotations, ensuring accurate part numbers and quantities.
* Submit quotations to customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Process customer purchase orders using ERP/MRP/SAP systems.
* Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to communicate order changes.
* Prepare shipping documentation as requested by customers.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes.
* Review quotations for cost and pricing accuracy.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar Sales Administrator role within an Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial setting.
* Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes within the UK and across continental Europe.
* Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency with ERP/MRP/SAP systems and general IT literacy.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
