Covering a variety of projects, mostly within the residential sector, the forward thinking, collaborative practice has been established for 10 years and assists clients all the way through the process, from initial stages to completion.

The day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the creation of architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, preparing planning application drawings such as plans, sections, elevations, and technical details, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. You will support senior staff throughout various stages of the project, collaborate with architects and engineers in the design process, and contribute to maintaining accurate project records while effectively communicating updates with the team.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician or similar with a background in AutoCAD looking to further their career with a growing architectural practice that offers training, progression, and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

The Role:

• Creating drawings and plans using AutoCAD
• Prepare planning application drawings
• Understand Building Regulations
• Collaborate with the team and clients

• Commutable to Wakefield
