- Lead and manage a team of talented software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Profile
A successful Senior Development Engineering Manager should have:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Python.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Extensive experience working in the hedge fund or banking industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
